PMJAY beneficiaries

IMPHAL, Apr 5 : Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Prataprao Jadhav announced that Manipur has 3,73,701 beneficiaries under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY).
Responding to an unstarred question raised by Inner Manipur MP Dr Angomcha Bimol Akoijam at Lok Sabha, the Union Minister said that AB-PMJAY is a  paperless and cashless Centrally sponsored health scheme wherein no funds are directly transferred  or released to the beneficiaries. He also presented the State/UT wise details of the number of eligible beneficiary families under AB-PMJAY on the floor of the House.
