Syrup seized

IMPHAL, Feb 5 : Security forces arrested a truck driver along with 1560 bottles of Wincerex (a cough syrup) in Jiribam today.
The arrested truck driver has been identified as Maibam Premjit (52) of Nongpok Sekmai Hijam Khunou, Thoubal.
He has been handed over to Jiribam police along with the seized items. A case has been registered.
