RPF salutes, condoles

IMPHAL, Feb 4: The proscribed RPF and its armed wing PLA have condoled the demise of Koireng-led UNLF/MPA Captain Chirom Chiromcha alias Robindro and KYKL/MYL Private Moirangthem Susil alias Athouba.
Captain Chiromcha and Private Athouba achieved martyrdom in an offensive orchestrated by the Indian Army’s special forces on January 27, 2025, said a press release issued by RPF Assistant Secretary, Publicity Bangkim.
The outfit has also paid revolutionary salute to the revolutionary fighters who laid down their lives in the liberation movement of Manipur.
It further expressed solidarity with the bereaved families, relatives and friends.
It also prayed that the departed souls of the two martyrs may rest in peace on the soil of Manipur.
