4th Inter Club Futsal Tournament SFS, UYPA win as MSH rally to hold MUFA

IMPHAL, Jan 31 : SFS, UYPA registered wins as MSH staged an astonishing comeback to hold MUFA to a 6-6 draw in the ongoing Col Kshetrimayum Arunkumar 4th Inter Club Futsal Tournament 2024-25.
In the 37th match of the tournament, Ksh Langamba gave MUFA an early lead before N Sanathoi ran riot and scored four goals in 7 minutes to help MUFA to race away with a 5-0 lead.
MSH reduced the margin after 18 minutes courtesy of a goal from Pradip Kumar but Thoungamba scored an own goal to give MUFA 5-goal advantage yet again.
Later in the game, Manikanta scored thrice and Thoungamba netted two goals to stun MUFA and drew level at the close of the game.
Meanwhile in the 38th match, Bobosana scored twice to give SHS a 4-2 win over KRYPHSA. Thoithoi and Donel also contributed a goal apiece in SHS's victory as S Dharmajoy and Kh David scored for the Naoremthong side.
In the 39th match staged later in the day, Adison completed a rare double hat-trick to guide UYPA to a convincing 10-2 win over KLASA.
Vicky, Navison, Rohitkumar and Mikesh also netted a goal apiece in UYPA's big win as T Kissan and Ng Bonison found the target for the Keinou team (KLASA).
