IMPHAL, Jan 9 : President of World Meetei Council (WMC), Assam unit Thounaojam Brajamohon breathed his last on November 8 (Wednesday).
Condoling the demise of its colleague, the WMC said that Brajamohon's exceptional contribution to the organisation and his relentless dedication to society have left an enduring legacy.
Brajamohon's pivotal efforts in advocating for the inclusion of Assam Meetei in the Scheduled Tribe (ST) list demonstrated his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to his community, said the Council.
