Stage set for 1st Junior Boys Volleyball Tournament semis

IMPHAL, Jan 5 : The semi-final line up of the 1st State Level Junior Boys Volleyball Tournament organised by SKYC, Sekmaijin Khunou with SVC, Santhel and AMIMYDO-A, Mayang Imphal securing victories in last two Group A matches.
In the 5th Group A match, SVC beat SKYC by 3-2 sets in a topsy turvy clash. SVC won the first set but conceded in the second and third sets before making a comeback in the remaining sets to win the game 25-21, 18-25, 21-25, 25-21 and 16-14.
With the win, SVC finished Group A runners up and set up a semi-final date with AMIMYDO-B.
Meanwhile, AMIMYDO-A defeated YOC, Arong in straight sets (25-21, 25-15, 25-17) to finish Group A winners and set up a semi-final clash with Group B runners up KEYDA, Konuma.
