IMPHAL, Jan 23 : Education Minister Thounaojam Basanta Kumar Singh has extended heartfelt greetings to everyone on the occasion of International Day of Education, which is celebrated annually on January 24.
In a message, the Minister stated that education is the cornerstone of society which empowers individuals and fosters growth and development.
In celebration of the International Day of Education, he raised a call to reaffirm the commitment to providing quality education to every child in Manipur.
"Our Government is dedicated to enhancing educational infrastructure, promoting innovative teaching methods, and ensuring that our students receive the best possible education", he added.
To all educators, the Minister made an appeal to continue their noble mission with dedication and passion. He also encouraged students to pursue their studies with diligence and curiosity, as they are the future leaders of the State and Nation.
