Arms recovered

IMPHAL, Jan 23 : A combined team of Kakching district commandos, civil police and BSF recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition from Wabagai Buffalo Farm area under Kakching police station today.
According to police, one Airgun rifle marked as ESA 300 Sports, two hand grenades without detonators, two 51 mm explosive shells, ten live rounds of 7.62 ammunition, 15 empty cases of AK Rifle, four stun shells, two bullet proof plates and one bullet proof vest were seized during the operation.
The recovered arms and ammunition have been handed over to Kakching police station.
