IMPHAL, Jan 20: TRAU Kwakeithel and PTRC Patsoi Part IV emerged victorious in today's league matches of the 9th MNCA W Prahlada & W Ramananda Elite Tournament 2024-25.
At Moijing Public Ground, Thoubal, TRAU Kwakeithel thrashed CHAMP Cricket Club Khagempalli by 10 wickets.
At Model Higher Secondary Ground, Imphal, PTRC Patsoi Part IV beat CYCLONE Thangmeiband by 4 wickets.

TRAU Kwakeithel won the toss and let CHAMP Cricket Club bat first.
Facing the ball first, however, proved fatal for CHAMP Cricket Club who managed to score only 94 runs for 10 wickets in 31.3 overs.
Nawaz took 20 runs off 27 balls--the most individual score for CHAMP Cricket Club.
TRAU's Thangjam Rishi Singh took 3 CHAMP wickets and Puinachandra Sharma Anoubam took 2 wickets. Somorjit Salam and Mutum Swabhiman took one wicket each.
Ignited by their stellar performance in fielding, TRAU openers--Pukhrambam Prafullomani Singh and Behul Moibungkhongbam completed the chase and scored a winning 95 runs in just 10.3 overs.
Pukhrambam Prafullomani Singh knocked a massive 54 runs off 37 balls, and Behul Moibungkhongbam knocked 40 runs off 26 balls.
PTRC vs CYCLONE
PTRC Patsoi Part IV won the toss and opted to field first. In 40 overs, CYCLONE managed to amass 151 for 9 wickets.
For CYCLONE, Muhammed Al Bashid scored 41 runs off 62 balls and Nngthoujam Thoiba Singh scored 20 runs off 28 balls.
PTRC's Tamarland Pheiroijam took 3 CYCLONE wickets. Jotin Singh Pheiroijam and Bishworjit Singh Konthoujam took 2 wickets each. Raj Kumar Rex Singh and Chingakham Bidash Meitei took one wicket each.
PTRC Patsoi Part IV scored 152 for 6 wickets in 30 overs to win the match.
In PTRC's turn facing the ball, Khangembam Santosh Singh knocked 54 runs off 84 balls before going out of the field in 29.2 overs.
Chingakham Bidash scored 32 runs off 27 balls and remained not out.
Jotin Singh Pheiroijam scored 24 runs off 34 balls.
CYCLONE's Reolin Oinam, Md Aqeel and Suraj Nong took 2 wickets each.
