Winter crop seeds distributed

IMPHAL, Jan 2 : United Committee Manipur (UCM) president YK Dhiren distributed seeds of winter crops to farmers at UCM office today.
According to a press release issued by Soibam Anil, secretary, Information & Public Relation (IPR), UCM distributed seeds of winter crops such as mustard, peas, black gram, maize along with potato seedlings to selected farmers from Moirang Khunou, Kumbi, Lamsang, Yairipok, Tokpaching, Charangpat and Pungdongbam areas.
The event was graced by notable UCM office bearers including Shanta Nahakpam, secretary general; Dipanjit Ningthoujam, secretary organisation; Irungbam (O) Bimola, secretary, Women Affairs; Laishram Ratan, secretary, Human Resource Development; Huidrom Noren Meitei, secretary, Resource Mobilisation; Nongmaithem Iboton, secretary, District Affairs and Irungbam (O) Ranibala, assistant secretary, Women Affairs.
