THOUBAL, Jan 19: The 31st Annual Prize Distribution cum Felicitation of Eastern Star Higher Secondary School was held today at its school ground located at Khangabok, Thoubal district.
The event was attended by Jay Barrange, IPS as chief guest, Diksha Langthasa, IPS as president, District Youth Affairs and Sports Officer, Deven Moirangthem, ZEO Zone III Thoubal, AI, Md Shafiullah Khan, PNB Rural Self Employment Training Institute, Kakching, director, Khaling Themson, Eastern Star Higher Secondary School Khangabok, founder cum principal as Kh Mangijao Singh, Sangaiyumpham Part II GP, chairperson, Md Haider Ali, Khangabok Part III GP, chairperson, M Mohen Singh and CYSA Khangabok president, Y Premjit Meitei as guests of honour.
At the event, toppers of various National Level, State Level, District Level and Village Level competitions for the year 2024 were felicitated with cash prize and special gift as encouragement for their achievement.
As part of the event a special football exhibition match was also held.
