Mukhai FC seal title of 2nd Dabang Trophy

IMPHAL, Jan 19 : Mukhai FC overcame NESU's late fightback to seal a 3-1 win in the title clash of the 2nd Dabang Trophy at ASSA playground, Sangaiyumpham in Thoubal district.
Mukhai FC had a brilliant start to the game and enjoyed a 2-0 first half lead thanks to goals from Premjit (18') and Rohit (21') before Rohit scored his second in the 54th minute to seal the game 3-1.
The consolation goal for NESU was scored by Md Sajad Alam in the 43rd minute.
The 9-A-Side State level open football tournament was organised by ASSA, Sangaiyumpham and as many as 14 teams participated in it.
