IMPHAL, Jan 14 : KRYPHSA, Naoremthong romped to a 4-0 win over GFC, Kanglatongbi to finish Group B runners up in the ongoing 6th Sh Mani Sharma Memorial 3rd Division Football League.
KRYPHSA were slow off their blocks but headed into the break with a slender 1-0 lead thanks to an own goal by Sandeep of GFC in the 13th minute.
KRYPHSA however shifted gears after the restart and doubled their advantage through Hitler in the 45th minute.
As GFC continued to remain clueless even after conceding two goals, KRYPHSA raced to a 3-0 lead with Dharamjoy scoring the team's third goal in the 67th minute before completing his double in the 72nd minute and handed KRYPHSA a commanding 4-0 win.
It was the third win for the Naoremthong side and eventually finished group runners up on 9 points, below TSFA, Top Siphai who finished unbeaten in league campaign and gathered 10 points.
The result in the meantime sunk GFC to the bottom fifth place
