CM inspects Central Library

IMPHAL, Jan 10: Chief Minister N Biren today made a direct assessment of the State Central Library, Imphal.
Later, sharing a post on social media regarding his inspection tour, N Biren wrote that the State Central Library would be refurbished with new infrastructure and modern facilities for the convenience of students and other readers.
The State Central Library is a major centre for knowledge and information. It would be upgraded properly so as to encourage a healthy reading habit among the public, the Chief Minister wrote. The Chief Minister was accompanied by Works Minister Govindas Konthoujam, MLAs Mayanglambam Rameshwar, Sanasam Premchandra, Thongam Shanti and officials of Art and Culture Department.
