I-League 3 : KLASA held by Kenkre FC

IMPHAL, Sep 7 : Keinou Library and Sports Association (KLASA) were held to a 1-1 draw by Kenkre FC in a Group D fixture of I-League 3 2024-25 at KASA stadium in Diphu, Assam this afternoon.
KLASA enjoyed a slender first half lead courtesy of a 9th minute strike from Kangabam Lamnganba but Kenkre FC staged a spirited fightback in the second half and pulled level courtesy of substitute Atharva Ashish in the 82nd minute.
With the result, KLASA are second in the league table with 4 points off 2 matches below KAMS FC who have won two of two with 4-0 rout of Jaipur Elite Football Club later in the day.
KLASA will play Karbi Anglong Morning Star FC (KAMS FC) in the next match on September 9 at KASA stadium from 7 pm.
