BSF DG visits Serou

KAKCHING, Sep 9: Daljit Singh Chawdhary, Director General of Border Security Forces, visited Serou in Kakching and took stock of the law and order situation.
During the visit, the DG visited the 131 Battalion BSF stationed at Serou Practical High School and talked with the personnel.
He encouraged the personnel of the Battalion to work towards bringing normalcy in the region.
BSF ADG Ravi Gandhi, DIG JK Birdi, BSF 131 Bn Commandant, Kakching Additional SP (Ops) Binoy Chongtham, SDPO Sugnu Suresh Anthony were present during the DG's visit to Serou.
Later, DG Daljit Singh Chawdhary left Sugnu for Churachandpur district.
