SSU condoles demise of L Bedajit

IMPHAL, Sep 28 : The Southern Sporting Union (SSU) has condoled the untimely demise of its member Laitonjam Bedajit Singh at his Singjamei Mayengbam Leikai residence on September 26.
Bedajit was 59 and is survived by his wife, a daughter and a son.
SSU convened an emergency executive committee meeting  at its office at Kakwa Bazar, said SSU in a condolence note.
He was an executive committee member of the union when he breathed his last, said SSU while stating that his untimely demise has created an unfillable void to SSU.
The members present also prayed for his soul to rest in peace in the heavenly abode, it said.
