BJP Govts will protect Manipur : Lotika

IMPHAL, Sep 29 : President of BJP Mahillla Morcha, State unit  L Lotika has stated that the BJP led Government at the Centre and the State will face every force which threatens the territorial integrity of Manipur.
Speaking to the media at Thambal Shanglen today, Lotika continued that Centre and the State Government still abide by the statements given by Union Home  Minister Amit Shah and Chief Minister N Biren on protecting the land and resources of Manipur.
She also said that the demand being raised by Kukis to carve out a separate administration will never be entertained by the Centre.
Saying that the Government has taken up initiatives to prevent further attacks by narco-terrorists on civilians and restore normalcy in Manipur, she added that no force can break apart Manipur as long as there is BJP led Government at the Centre and the State.
The Government of India cancelled the Free Movement Regime with Myanmar as they  know that the crisis in Manipur is related to entry of illegal immigrants  in large number and narco-terrorism, she added.
She also said that people may have grievances with the Government but the latter has been working for the wellbeing of the masses.
Lotika, meanwhile, stated that the BJP has been carrying out an enrolment drive and appealed to the people to become members of the party.
