Ranjan, Ariha in Indian team for Aerobic Gymnastics World C'ship

Coach Yumnam Ranjan and gymnast Ariha Pangambam are in the Indian team for the 18th FIG Aerobic Gymnastics World Championship to be held from September 27 to 29 in Pesaro, Italy.
Manipur's Y Ranjan and Maharashtra's Isha Mahajan are the coaches who will be leading the Indian team comprising 9 athletes.
Manipur's Ariha Pangambam is the lone woman athlete who will be competing in individual competition as Meet Kosambia and Nishant Chouhan, both from Gujarat will be competing in men's individual events. Besides them, Gujarat trio- Prakruti Shinde, Meet Kosambia and Nishant Chouhan will also be competing in the trio event while Dhairyashil Deshmuk,Sandesh Chintalwad, Uday Madhekar, Adwait Vaze and Smit Shah, all from Maharashtra will be competing in the group event at the world championship.
