MCM thanks CM for help in rescuing man

IMPHAL, Sep 20: The Meetei Council Moreh (MCM) has expressed deep appreciation to Chief Minister N Biren for his role and efforts in saving the life of Laishram Langamba Singh (Naoba) s/o L Birsingh of Moreh Khunou Leikai, ward No 9 who is presently staying at his wife’s house at a village in Churachandpur.
When MCM received reports of life threatening danger to Langamba, Chief Minister N Biren was apprised of the serious situation Langamba was in.
After listening patiently to the MCM’s appeal to save his life, N Biren immediately took up necessary action ordering the security forces to take up immediate action to rescue Langamba.
Now Langamba is safe and sound and entrusted to his family, said a press release issued by the MCM.
