During their journey over the mighty river, the little boat landed up in a storm. As it seemed that the last hours had come, the head of the group asked the lady to sacrifice her son in the waters as "promised'' by her ! Only the sacrifice of her son in waters will satisfy the Lord and save them from drowning! As rest of the fellow pilgrims insisted on her to do so, the lady cried in anguish "Oh Lord, you have only heard the words emitted from my lip, haven't you felt the real feelings of the mother's heart"!
