Gopchade named Manipur in charge

IMPHAL, Jul 5 : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president JP Nadda has appointed Dr Ajeet Gopchade as the prabhari or in-charge of Manipur.
Dr Ajeet Gopchade is a Rajya Sabha MP from Maharashtra.
Former-in-charge of Manipur Dr Sambit Patra, on the other hand, has been named co-ordinator of North East States while Sh V Muraleedharan is the party's joint co-ordinator of the region (North East).
The BJP also announced in-charges for other States and Union Territories.
