MPCM clarifies

IMPHAL, Jul 26 : The Meitei Pangal Council Manipur  (MPCM) has clarified that Haji Shamu who was listed among some other individuals by SOREPA as a drug trader in its press statement on July 11 is not involved in any illicit drug  business.
