Mainland Hindustanis are doing injustice towards Manipur since the day Maharaja Bodhachandra of independent princely State Manipur was invited to come to Shillong, was house arrested and made to sign the Merger  Agreement on the 21st September, 1949. The man behind this controversial, merger was a Gujarati called Sardar Vallabai Patel. Manipur was a princely independent sovereign kingdom in South-East Asia ruled by its king as a strong, powerful kingdom and before the formation of Indian Union Manipur already had attained independence from British Empire. Maharaja Bodhachandra under the Manipur State Constitution Act, 1947 had already started governing Manipur as a Constitutional head. Maharaja Bodhachandra didn’t have the power to sign the merger agreement without the consent of the then State Assembly. How could a sovereign independent powerful princely State decline to the status of Part-C State. That is also under  a Commissioner, compulsorily who must be from military background. What does it mean ? The State of Nagaland which was formed  from a portion/area of Assam got  Statehood nine years before Manipur. After a long struggle for more than twenty years Manipur got Statehood.
Manipur’s oldest insurgent group United National Liberation Front (UNLF) was formed on 24th November, 1964. Why was the  AFSPA, 1958 enforced in Manipur ? What does that mean? This is only the tip of iceberg. There are lot of things in which Government of Hindustan is being unjust towards Manipur right from the day our Maharaja Bodhachandra was invited to Shillong. Silence and non-appearance of PM Modi to Manipur is another visible example. Former Home Secretary, GK Pillai once said that people of Manipur are being humiliated. Government of Hindustan gives Manipur a step motherly treatment.
Insurgency problem of Manipur has almost dropped to zero degree level. Everyone is happy in their own way of life to some extent. Femina Miss India was conducted in Manipur, G-20 summit was organised and so on. Manipur’s societal life has just began to prosper just like a plant in the spring season bringing forth new leaves. Why all of a sudden mayhem happened ? Had this mayhem occurred in any one of the States in mainland Hindustan eg in Maharastra (Nagpur), what would the BJP Government have done ? Will you be allowing it to continue for more than a year ? Is it not questionable? Why has the most powerful and strongest military failed to stop this mayhem and let it continue for more than a year? What are they doing? Are they not capable of stopping or are they not willing to do so? Is there something behind the scene ??? One of Hindustan’s famous IPS officer said, “The Government of India is so fully equipped with all the para-military forces that within twenty-four hours any level of violence can be contained and controlled, if it is continued even after twenty- four hours, Government is part of the crisis”. In an interview taken by Deccan Herald, a high ranking officer of Central Reserved Police Force (CRPF) stated, “We are not getting order to stop this violence, If we have got the order we could have controlled within a week”. What does this statement mean ?
The Hindustani Security Force from top to the bottom follow only order. Even if they know what is true and what is false they are blind folded as if they know nothing. They don’t think of what is true (good) and what is false (bad). They don’t have any humanity. Indigenous people  of Manipur are not satisfied with what Hindustani Security Forces are doing, it is a heart breaking deed. In the 52nd Statehood day of Manipur at 1st MR ground CM N Biren in his speech said that Central forces are here to protect the life of innocent civilian not to remain as silent spectators. If they cannot save the life of civilian and watch as if it were a festive occasion then there is no need for these Central Forces to stay in the State. If the CM himself is not satisfied then how could the innocent civilian be ?
When HM Amit Shah visited Manipur for three days in relation to the mayhem, people of Manipur thought that he will put an end to the mayhem very soon. Instead, he said he will come back after fifteen days. People were eagerly waiting for fifteen days to pass and for his visit. People of Manipur had lots of expectation from him, that he will bring peace and harmony at the earliest. But he never turned up, he came only for election campaign after many months. How can a RSS- BJP leader HM Amit Shah be a liar ? He has no commitment. Is he a true hard core RSS Swayamsevak ? How can RSS-BJP politician be the same as other politicians ? Because of him people feel that RSS is a Shameless and Heartless Organisation. Because of him RSS has been defamed and become disrespectful. People have lots of expectation from RSS because BJP is a part of RSS Sangh Parivar. RSS is the one that can give order and pressure to BJP. RSS is the only parent body of Sangh Parivar.
The Suspension of Operation (SoO) expired on 29th February, 2024.  The Union BJP Government lacks clarity about the SoO. Whether SoO has been extended or not, is obscure. Even Article 355 is also murky whether it is imposed or not. BJP Government is applying one formula, “If You Cannot Convince People Make Them Confused”. Union BJP Government is keeping the indigenous people of Manipur in a confused state.
Because of Hindustani’s geo-politics and for the success of the Kaladan Multi-Modal Transit Transport Project people feel that the BJP Government is waging proxy war against indigenous Hindu Meitei by using refugee, illegal immigrants, Kuki narco-terrorists. CM Secretary Ningthoujam Geoffrey informed much earlier before the ongoing firing incidents in Jiribam to Security Adviser Kuldiep Singh and DGP Rajeev Singh that Chin-Kuki-Zo around 200 to 300 with advanced sophisticated weapons had started entering Jiribam district. Inspite of being informed, why no measures were taken up? Why is Central security force not preventing the burning down and destruction the Meiteis houses by the refugee, illegal immigrant, Kuki narco-terrorists ? Why State forces are not allowed to take any action against those culprits ? The hereabouts of the murderer of Soibam Sarat Kumar such as identification of the vehicle, colour and registration number have all been provided. Till now why has no step been taken up to nab the suspected killers ? A complaint was lodged by the victims of Jiribam district to Manipur Human Rights Commission (MHRC) against Security Adviser Kuldiep Singh and DGP Rajeev Singh that the compensation has to be given from their own pocket for their negligence to protect the life and property of the people. In the Kwakta firing incident, why the Central security forces blocked the road of State forces who were out to nab those culprits, killer of three innocent Meiteis in the early morning while they were sleeping in their own house ? The incident of Sugnu Police Station and SDPO Office with 37 AR, the Pallel Firing Incident, Central forces fire indiscriminately towards innocent Meiteis from their big bullet proof vehicle, many of them injured and a few got killed. Videos were viral in social media, etc., Statement of NSCN (IM), statement of Kamjong District Border Village Chief. These are the few examples that results in the people thinking that proxy war against indigenous Meiteis has started.
Manipur mayhem is not an ordinary communal riot. It has something behind the scene. You must get involved if you really love and think Manipur is a part of Hindustan and indigenous people of Manipur are citizens of Hindustan. It is essential to be involved so that there is peace in Manipur at the earliest. I know the capabilities of RSS over BJP. In the mindset of Government of mainland Hindustani policy maker don’t consider people of Manipur as citizen of Hindustan. They doubt our Nationalism. If you have Guts and Courage listening to the truth and dirty policy and the dirty game plan played in Manipur by your the BJP government, we can have an open debate - Union BJP Government Vs Indigenous People - so that the whole world knows what is happening in Manipur, what the truth are and what the lies are. Whoever is guilty, all the responsible ones must be accountable. I am not that kind of person who will remain a silent spectator for my own benefit.
Whose responsibility is it to protect the life of Meitei. Are the security forces not for protection ? If the security forces are not protecting the life and property of civilian Meiteis what could be done? To protect/defend themselves is the Human Nature. Risking and  sacrificing their own life leaving families behind in order to protect their families and fellow indigenous Meitei, is it a crime? From where these KHUL NGAKPA the saviour of life and property of indigenous Meitei come from ? It is the product of mis-handling of the situation and mis-governance of your BJP Government. Why are Meitei volunteers/Khul Ngakpas being charged for criminal offence and FIR being lodged? This is injustice. We want judgement.
Is protesting for Justice Anti-National? Don’t make the indigenous people of Manipur angry. This is too much and intolerable. This intolerance may worsen the situation. It is to be noted that, due to prolong mayhem increase in insurgency problem may occur, your BJP Government will be responsible for this. Every action has got equal and opposite reaction. Remember, where there is oppression there will be resistance. How many indigenous people can you kill?
We don’t expect your BJP’s Modi government will do justice. His Government has mis-governed the situation and is very guilty. Hindustan is a land of God and Spirituality. But people living on this sacred land are inhuman, they are callous, unsympathetic Hin- dustani. We Want Justice. Peace Without Justice is Injustice. Peace Without Justice is Impossible. Without Justice There Will be No Peace.
