Kakching 2nd Divn League : Andre nets three as KYWAC romp 6-0 past KPSC

IMPHAL, Jul 17 : PFC, Tokpaching registered a 2-1 comeback win over TUC, Thongjao as KYWAC, Wabagai overwhelmed KPSC, Kakching 6-0 today in the ongoing Kakching Second Division Football League's Group B competition.
In today's first match and third Group B match of the tournament, TUC who drew 1-1 with KYWAC in the previous match, were first to break the deadlock courtesy of L Punshiba's goal in the 30th minute. Hardworking PFC however equalised the margin 8 minutes later with H Manithoiba converting a fine chance to make sure both the sides enter the break on level terms.
It was an end to end affair after the restart with both teams looking forward to press their advantage but PFC managed to turn things around when Kh Rahul made no mistake in beating the TUC custodian in the 68th minute.
TUC toiled to return into the game but PFC were strong enough to see out the game 2-1 for their second straight victory.
Later in the day, Andre scored thrice including the opener to set up a commanding 6-0 win over KYWAC.
KYWAC got off to a brilliant start dominating the possession and testing KPSC defence back to back until Andre found the opener in the 15th minute.
Augdun doubled the team's advantage after 24 minutes before Andre completed his double in the 33rd minute to give KPSC a 3-0 first half lead.
After the restart, Andre was on target again in the 63rd minute to complete his treble and earn KYWAC a 4-0 lead before Dingku (67') and Shushil (80+1') took their turns to swell the team's lead against lacklustre KPSC, Kakching.
