Leishemba Sanajaoba honoured

IMPHAL, May 7
Rajya Sabha MP and titular King of Manipur Leishemba Sanajaoba has been conferred an Honorary Doctorate Degree (HONORIS CAUSA) in the field of Social Work by the WEBBIC University, Republic of Ghana.
The Honorary Doctorate was awarded to Leishemba Sanajaoba in recognition of his continuous works for the betterment of the community and dedication to serving the people, said a release.
The Honorary Doctorate was presented in a ceremony organised by Lata Foundation in collaboration with Journalist Council of India (JCI) at Constitution Club of India in New Delhi on May 5, 2024.
It may be mentioned that the World Human Rights Protection Commission (WHRPC) has also conferred an Honorary Doctorate to Leishemba Sanajaoba on October 23, 2021, in recognition of his contributions towards the advancement of social work.
