Vote count training

BISHNUPUR, May 23 : The first round of training for counting of votes in EVMs/VVPATs for Bishnupur district for the 18th Lok Sabha elections, 2024 will be held at the Panchayat Resource Centre (PRC Hall), Mini Secretariat Complex, Bishnupur on May 24 and 25.
Notifying all counting supervisors, counting assistants and micro observers concerned, a release issued by District Election Officer/Deputy Commissioner Bishnupur, Lourembam Bikram informed that the training for counting supervisors (bearing appointment order 1 to 76) will be held on May 24 from 11 am to 1.30 pm while for counting assistants (appointment order 1 to 84) the same will be conducted from 2 pm to 4.30 pm on the same day.
Micro observers (appointment order 1 to 94) will undergo the first round of training on May 25 from 11 am to 1.30 pm.
Additionally, Bhungba Maibam Khuman, MCS, ARO 2-OMPC and Rishikanta Loitongbam, MCS, ARO 24-Bishenpur have been assigned as resource persons cum master trainers for the aforementioned training.
