ASSA win 2-0 in Tbl Super Divn Football League

IMPHAL, May 21 : ASSA, Sangaiyumpham kicked off their L Memcha Devi Super Division Football League 2024-25 campaign with a 2-0 win over SYDA, Thoubal Athokpam today.
Mohd Babur Rayan opened the scoring for ASSA after 35 minutes at Kodompokpi Sports Complex this afternoon to make it 1-0 at halftime before Irfan doubled the advantage in the 75th minute. Despite chances, SYDA failed to reduce the deficit.
