World Anthropology Post Congress concludes

IMPHAL, Feb 17
The three days World Anthropology Post Congress 2023, International Seminar on "Anthropology in Practice: Health, Culture and Security" which began on February 15 concluded today at the auditorium of Manipur University (MU), Imphal.
The International Seminar was organised by the Department of Anthropology, Manipur University in association with Department of Anthropology, Dhanamanjuri University; Anthropological Society of Manipur (ASM) and Anthropology Departments of 27 Colleges of Manipur under the sponsorship of IGRMS, ICSSR, SERB and DBT, said a release issued by the convenor, Media Sub-Committee, World Anthropology Post Congress 2023.
The valedictory function was attended by Prof K Yugindro Singh, Vice Chancellor in-charge, Manipur University; Prof W Chandbabu Singh, Registrar, Manipur University; and Prof S Jibonkumar Singh. chairman of Organizing Committee, HOD, Department of Anthropology, Manipur University as presidium members.
During the seminar, intellectuals, scholars and academicians from various higher educational institutions shared their wisdoms & gave insight on a wide range of topics.
Delegates from Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University, West Bengal, University of Delhi, Allahabad University, BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Nepal also took part in the seminar.
