Waikhom Mani Girls College celebrates 44th foundation day

THOUBAL, Feb 9: The 44th foundation day celebration of Waikhom Mani Girls (WMG) College , Thoubal Okram was held today at the seminar hall of the college.
The foundation day celebration was graced by Professor Soibam Jibonkumar, Director of College Development Council, Manipur University as the chief guest; Professor N Manoranjan Sharma, WMG College Principal as the president and Waikhom Ranjit, former president of College governing body as the guest of honour.  As a part of the programme, the dignitaries led in paying floral tributes to the departed founder members and elders who made significant efforts towards the establishment of the college.
Students who have achieved outstanding feats in different fields were also felicitated during the occasion which was attended by the teaching staff, non-teaching staff and students of the college.
