7 days mourning declared, flag to fly at half mast

IMPHAL, Dec 27 : The Manipur Government has declared a seven-day mourning in honour of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh who passed away at 92.
In an order, the Government said that the National flag will be flown at half mast throughout the State during the period of mourning (December 26, 2024 to January 1, 2025).
There will be no official entertainment during the period of mourning, it added.
