H Khamba becomes AFC Match Commissioner

IMPHAL, Nov 5 : Haobam Khamba Singh has become first ever person from Manipur to become AFC Match Commissioner.
He cleared the AFC Match Commissioner Exam after attending the AFC Match Commissioner Seminar held in Kuala Lumpur from August 26 to 29 this year, said the All Manipur Football Association while congratulating Khamba on his success.
