JA, KFC script identical 3-1 wins in 2nd Youth Football League

IMPHAL, Nov 24 : Juvenile Association (JA), Kakching and Kakching Football Club (KFC), Kakching pulled off identical 3-1 victories as Laipham Youth Association (LYA), Wangoo thumped Youth Welfare Union (YWU), Kakching in the ongoing 2nd Youth Football League for U-12 to 14 boys.
In the fourth match of the tournament organised by DSA Kakching at its playground, JA rode on goals from N Harish (4'), Ksh Choltan (5') and K Manimatum (55') to seal a 3-1 win against All Kakching Khunou Sports Association (AKSA).
The lone goal for AKSA was scored by S Pravin in the 21st minute.
Meanwhile in the fifth match, KFC defeated Sena Athletes' Organisation (SAO), Kakching 3-1 for the second straight victory.
Eshant (6'), Tonthang (50') and Manithoiba (51') were on target in KFC's win as N Nikison scored SAO's lone goal in the 41st minute.
LYA also extended their winning run to two games with a 2-0 beating of YWU. A Mahesh opened the scoring for LYA in the 14th minute before A Parikhomba scored the decisive goal in the 32nd minute.
