NPF, AMBA call on Guv

IMPHAL, Nov 22: Members of the Naga People’s Front (NPF),  Water Resources Minister Awangbow Newmai, Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Minister Khashim Vashum, and  MLA Leishiyo Keishing called on Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya today at Raj Bhavan and discussed various issues relating to development in the hill districts of Manipur. 
The Governor assured to extend possible support from Raj Bhavan, according to a press release issued by the Governor’s Secretariat.
Earlier, representatives of the All Manipur Bar Association (AMBA) called on Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya and submitted a memorandum.  
Three representatives of the Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth (SPIC MACAY), Imphal Chapter also called on Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya today at Raj Bhavan.
