IMPHAL, Nov 22: The proscribed KYKL has condoled the demise of PREPAK Chairman Heikrujam Ibotombi Khuman alias Ngamdairen Khuman alias Oja Inao alias Oja Macha.
Heikrujam Ibotombi Khuman (75) of Haobam Marak Irom Leikai died on November 19 following a medical problem.
Chairman Heikrujam Ibotombi Khuman was a persevering, committed patriotic leader who seldom spoke, could explain any problem in detail and got along with both seniors and juniors, said a press release issued by the outfit’s secretary, publicity and research A Yaiphaba.
