Chakpikarong YC into Chandel Second Divn Football League final

IMPHAL, Nov 2 : Chakpikarong YC thrashed Chandel Christian YC 4-1 to book their place in the final of the DC Chandel Second Division Football League Tournament 2024 organised by DSA Chandel.
Chakpikarong YC led the first half 2-0 thanks to goals from NL Kanlun (12') and Py Earlystar (17') before Wng Rucho pulled back a goal for Chandel Christian YC in the 44th minute. Ws Phahrin then scored a brace (71', 80') to complete the 4-1 thrashing.
With the win, Chakpikarong YC set up the final date with Damjol YC who knocked out Mahamani YC 2-0 in the first semi-final match.
