K Dingku- Md Amaan finish runners up

IMPHAL, Nov 18 : The pair of Manipur's Konthoujam Dingku and Rajasthan's Amaan Mohammad finished runners up in the CM Trophy India International Challenge 2024 organised by the Badminton Association of India at Raipur from November 12 to 17.
They went down 15-21, 16-21 in the final to Hariharan Amsakarunan and Ruban Kumar Rethinasabapathi to settle for the runners up title.
Earlier in the round of 32, Dingku and Amaan pulled off a 21-19, 17-21, 21-13 win over Subramanian Sunjith and Arvind V Suresh before they defeated Prakash Raj and Gouse Shaik 21-19, 22-20 in the last-16 round. In the quarterfinal, Dingku and Amaan sealed a 12-21, 21-13, 21-19 comeback win against Suraj Goala and Dhruv Rawat and outlasted Rohit Jayakumar and Vishnu Shreekumar 21-19, 21-11 in the semi-final to seal their place in the final.
