Hotlines opened to check price hike

IMPHAL, Nov 14 : The State Government has shared mobile numbers for the people to lodge complaints against price hike.
A notification issued by Controller (Weight & Measures) Robertson Asem also directed all its Inspectors and Assistant Inspectors along with their  subordinate staff  to conduct drives in their respective jurisdictions to ensure the essential commodities are  sold at the price fixed by CAF&PD.
It further informed the officials to take legal actions against people found resorting to malpractice/black-marketing/hoarding.
