Hawkers appeal

IMPHAL, Oct 29 : Manipur Hawker Association has urged newspaper subscribers to clear their due bills including for the month of October before Ningol Chakkouba, which falls on November 3.
It also greeted and wished the people for Ningol Chakkouba.
