Conference begins

IMPHAL, Oct 29: A 3-day international conference on "Transforming Conflict, Understanding ldentity Through Peacebuilding, Issues, Challenges and Prospects" has kicked off at Kamakhya Pemton College, Hiyangthang today.
The conference is being organised by the Departments of History and Sociology of the college in collaboration with the Research & Development Cell, KP College.
The conference is sponsored by the Directorate of University and Higher Education and Phytolife Family Solutions Private Limited.
Centre for Peace Education Manipur (CFPEM) director Dr Leban Serto, KP College Principal Dr W Nimai and MU College Development Council Director Prof N Mohilal attended the event.
