71st State Kabaddi C'ships VETO, MUC win in Senior Women's super league fixtures

IMPHAL, Oct 19 : VETO, Laphupat Tera and MUC, Moirangkampu registered opening game victories in the women's super league fixtures of the 71st Senior Men and Women State Kabaddi Championship 2024 being underway at ALUC playground, Khurai Angom Leikai.
VETO opened their winning account by defeating SK Women's College by 37-12 points before MUC defeated CARD, Wabagai by 22-17 points later in the day.
Meanwhile in the men's Group B matches, MYC, Heirok suffered a 16-34 loss to YSC, Naorem; WSWC, Wabagai won 40-9 over ALUC, Khurai and MYC went down 14-49 to VETO.
