IFC beat YUC Irom Meijrao 4-1. Rejoice (18th minute), Phungreiyo (73rd), Ngayungmi (83rd) and Chungjanglung (87th) scored for IFC. Rojit scored for YUC in the 65th minute.
SFC Tera Khuraijam Leirak beat CHIKL Lilong Chajing 1-0. Kh Radhakanta scored the winning goal in 71st minute.
