IDPs receive traditional garments

BISHNUPUR, Oct 17: Moirang Assembly Constituency MLA Thongam Shanti donated traditional clothes worn during mourning period and used in prayer and worship activities  including Pungou Phanek, Pheijom and Inna Phi to the inmates of Moirang College Block A and Block B Relief Camp.
The event was attended by MLA Thongam Shanti Singh, Yumkhaibam Modhu Singh, Chief Advisor MLA Moirang AC, NPP Moirang Block Working President Haji Umad Ali and Nodal Officers of Moirang College Relief Camp Block A and Block B.
The traditional garments were handed over to 186 IDPs, comprising 102 women and 84 men.
