PREPAK refutes

IMPHAL, Oct 13: The proscribed PREPAK does not have any connection whatsoever with Irungbam Nganba Meitei (34) and Haobijam Sanathoi (18) alias Tomthin who were arrested by police in connection with extortion on October 12.
According to a press release issued by the outfit’s publicity officer Mangal Khuman, the two do not have any connection with PREPAK or its Red Army.
