Kurash Assn of Manipur gets new managing committee

IMPHAL, Jul 18
The Kurash Association of Manipur has constituted a new managing committee (Executive Council) for the term 2023-2026 during a special general body meeting held on July 16.
As per a statement of the Kurash Association of Manipur, the meeting was held at the residence of Ningombam Ibochouba of Langthabal Lep Awang Leikai.
Ningombam Ibochouba was named the president of the new managing committee while Sanasam Chaoba, L Tomcha and L Shreeti were named as new vice presidents, it said.
The other council member, as named in the statement include Soibam Ranbir as general secretary; Ch Surjeet  as treasurer; P Sanayaima, H Bobo and S Leishemba as joint secretaries; L Jemson as tech secretary; Ch Nabachandra, Huirem Inaoba, S Tenden and Ningthoujam Seema as executive members.
