IMPHAL, Jul 16 : The Government has given the charge of Managing Director MSPDCL and MD MSPCL to Dr Shailesh Kumar Chou-rasia, Commissioner cum Secretary Power. An order to this effect was issued yesterday. The order was issued in "compliance" of an order of the Supreme Court.
Dr Shailesh Kumar is also the Member Secretary MANIREDA and Officer-in-Charge of Public Grievances Redressal and Anti Corruption Cell, Chief Minister's Officer.
