IMPHAL, Feb 17 : MPSC settled for the third place in the 5th Elangbam Pishak Singh Memorial State Level Men's Open Volleyball Tournament hosted by UNT-Top Siphai and SWC-Top Siphai under the aegis of the All Manipur Volleyball Association.
MPSC defeated YMDO 25-20, 25-19, 25-21 in the third place encounter today as the final match between MSWC-Mayang Imphal and KYLSC-Kakching is slated for February 19.
Notably, both MPSC and YMDO finished group winners at the end of league round but sadly suffered defeats in the hands of KYLSC and MSWC respectively in the semi-finals staged yesterday.
