Icon Gym felicitates bodybuilders who shone at 61st Mr Manipur contest

IMPHAL, Dec 27 :  Bodybuilders of Icon Gym-Keishamthong Hodam Leirak who competed and won medals at the recently conducted 61st Mr Manipur bodybuilding and physique competition were today felicitated in a simple programme.
The programme was hosted by proprietor of the gym and former Mr India Momotomba.
During the programme, H Flood Mangang, who was crowned Masters' Overall winner; L Heramani, who won a bronze medal in Masters competition;  P Nandajit who secured a silver medal in the senior men's 60 kg event; B Bipin, L Bankimchandra and RK Vedik who participated in the senior men's 65 kg, senior men's 75 kg and junior men's 75 kg category competitions were accorded warm reception and encouraged with gifts.
Speaking at the occasion, former Mr India Momotomba said that athletes and perseverance are inseparable. One should not back down if he or she suffers loss or defeat despite putting in lots of effort and hard work as only those who tasted defeat will be able to gauge the real value of success, he said.
The programme was also attended by chief instructor L Sunil and instructor Bunty.
