BSF provides relief materials

THOUBAL, Dec 1
On the occasion of 59th BSF raising day which falls on December 1, relief materials were donated by D/13 Bn BSF, D/136 Bn BSF and B/167 Bn BSF at Sugnu relief camp.
A statement by the BSF said that the relief materials were donated in the presence of Ratan Khaitan, chairman Sugnu relief camp and Chanthoi Devi, Meira Paibi representative of  Sugnu area.
The relief materials which include rice bags, pulses, edible oil, potatoes, onions etc were purchased from the contributions made by the BSF jawans and well-wishers in a bid to extend best possible aid to the conflict survivors taking refuge at the relief camp.
BSF Coy Commander; T N Sangba Assistant Commandant (AC) D/136 Bn BSF; Prem, AC D/13 Bn BSF and Inspector Raj Kumar, B/167 Bn BSF were also present at the occasion, added the statement.
