State Level Volleyball C'shipsStage set for mini boys' quarter finals

IMPHAL, Oct 2 : The quarter final line up of the ongoing State Level Mini Boys Volleyball Championship has been completed today.
DVA-Thoubal will play SCYC-Senjam Chirang in the first quarter final match before UNT-Top Siphai play AMIMYDO-Mayang Imphal; NYVA-Naorem play SDI-Ishok and SKDC-Senjam Khunou play USWC-Uchekon in the remaining last 8 round matches.
In the Group A matches, DVA thumped PYC  3-0 before AMIMYDO outlasted YPC by 3-1 sets.
In the Group B matches, UNT clinched a 3-0 set victory over PVA before SCYC registered a similar win over PVA.
In the Group C matches, NYVA downed USWC by 3-1 sets before UWSC pulled off a 3-0 win over LMYC.
In the Group D matches, SDI edged past HYDO by 3-2 sets before SKDC overwhelmed HYDO 3-0.
Meanwhile in the junior boys group stage matches, AMIMYDO thumped TRYVC 25-21, 25-22, 27-29, 25-19; SDVA upstaged YPC 25-21, 25-18, 25-15; NYVA edged past DVA 25-22, 25-17, 22-25, 23-25, 15-12 in a five set thriller and SCYC edged YPC 25-17, 25-21, 20-25, 25-16.
